Walks and hiking in french alps
The Queyras is first and foremost a privileged realm of walking and hiking trails. The ‘Tour of the Queyras’ or GR 58, instrumental in making the reputation of the massif and its other routes, offers a range of varied landscapes: lakes, rivers, meadows, pastures, mountain passes and summits over the 3000-metre mark. The Queyras extends an open invitation to walkers and hikers. Moreover, the Tour of Monte Viso is another must for hikers.
Half-day to 10-day walking tours, the area has all kinds of outings on offer.
